We are currently seeking a senior manufacturing engineer with a solid CNC machining and tooling background to join our team! You will be responsible for managing the direction and development of the Manufacturing Process of our products and building a world class machining operation!What do you need to qualify?- Must have 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing engineer- Detailed working knowledge of various Machine tools and their applications- Ability to program CNC manufacturing equipment- Strong metal components, forging and tooling experience- Ability to apply Lean Manufacturing techniques- Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus- Knowledge of Process FMEA- Knowledge of DMAIC model- Knowledge of GD&T- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications and AutoCAD a plus- Proven ability to analyze data and provide effective solutions for continuous improvement- Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in related engineering discipline- Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plusWhat's in it for you?For your hard work and dedication, we offer a solid base salary, comprehensive benefits, continuous training and opportunities for growth with a stable and established company!So, if you are a manufacturing engineer with 5+ years of experience in CNC Machining experience, we want to hear from you!
