Sales Analyst in Ann Arbor, MI

The Sales Analyst will develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients, and service accounts in a manner that assures successful long term relationships resulting in loyal clients. The sales Analyst will achieve new business production goals, develop and maintain a prospect pipeline using sound prospecting tools and methods, and provide overall account direction to service team. The Sales Analyst will promptly respond to client and service teammates requests, communicate to the service team info about the client including buying styles, expectations, problems, concerns and other relevant knowledge to assure a consistently higher level of service, will expand lines of coverage and services to current accounts by actively cultivating cross-selling opportunities, and submit data and all necessary details on qualified new business accounts and existing account renewals to service teams for processing and marketing; present proposals and associated sales materials to prospects and clients to gain and renew client accounts.
