KMG Prestige is currently seeking a qualified applicant for their part time Activity Director position at Parkway Meadows, a 351 unit apartment community. Applicant must be fluent in Chinese and English. Under general supervision, the Activities Director plans, schedules and implements a variety of well-rounded social programs, trips, and events designed to educate, motivate and entertain residents as well as supervise resident volunteers. Creates and distributes flyers, calendars, posters, and newsletters. Welcomes and solicits interests from new residents. Maintains a high profile with residents to encourage participation and obtain feedback and input on past, current and future activities. Additional administrative and office duties as needed. Desired requirements include, but are not limited to, proficient technical skills, effective communication abilities, and an energetic and outgoing personality.
