Sofa Bed Futon that becomes a Queen size Bed 50% off in Ann Arbor, MI

I am moving out to California very soon and am selling all my stuff for bargain price. Below you can find links to my other items as well. I am not looking to make a huge amount of money with it, just trying to get rid of it for some cash. FYI I am a clean freak, so my items are genuinely clean. Any damages are reported/shown.Here is my Queen size sofa bed, thinking I would be here for much longer (PhD) but decided to move. I have almost never used it, and has absolutely no damage. The brown cover can be taken off and washed. Like new. I am also including two pillows with covers, two arm rests with covers, and two black head rests which all together would equate to a $50 price. But I decided to include them too for you.Asking for half price (50%) of what I bought it for ($350 for frame + $50 for the extra items, so it cost me $400. I just checked the prices on ikea website).I am including the manual, so that it can be disassembled, and reassembled at your place. Please come pick it up though. I'm accepting cash only.
