Victorian dollhouse in Ann Arbor, MI

Made from a great kit several years ago, it is in good shape but needs some TLC. This house is made from solid wood and is very sturdy. It is wired, is mostly wallpapered and has siding on the outside. It needs some refurbishing. Will include some of the materials needed to finish the house such as the curved staircase and trim pieces for outside corners. Paypal or cash only
