Discounted rental fees of one bedroom apartment; 760$/month instead of 900$/month for two months with possibility of renewal as of February 27th.I'm leaving Michigan on February 26 so I'm looking for someone to take over my leasing.It's a one bedroom apartment at "Park Place Apartments", just across the main leasing office, the 24h fitness center and the swimming pool. Private balcony, free parking and very convenient laundry facility in the same building. Free hotspot Wifi.The apartment complex is very quiet and safe with great maintenance service. In addition it is close to everything you need: 10 min to downtown and University of Michigan by car or bus which is just one minute walking distance. There is plenty of shopping and restaurant options close by. The apartment is also within walking distance to Arbor Farms market and Kroger and 8 minutes car ride (or bus 27) to Meijer. The bedroom is wall to wall closet and another closet is in the living room for more storage. The rent is 760$/month instead of actual price of 900$/month and my lease ends on May 7Th. You will NOT find a better price! You also have the option to renew your rental if you would like. All this is approved by the leasing office and a new contract for 2 months or more will be with the leasing office directly.
