2 bedroom apartment with one room (the larger one) open for sublease. Lease term starts April 1st and ends July 31st. Fully furnished. Living room area and kitchen are shared. Will have roommate who works at the hospital. The apartment itself is located on the north side of main campus. It's a 10 minute walk to the hospital, central campus, or Kerrytown. Parking available in the back of the apartment complex and off-street.NO PETS will be allowed on/in our property.Only utilities are high-speed internet and electricity. This can be split equally. Also, a security deposit of 1.5x one month's rent will be needed.
